Shawn Corey Carter, popularly known as Jay Z, and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs have been named in a civil lawsuit accusing them of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in 2000.
The lawsuit, initially filed in October 2024 with Combs as the sole defendant, was refiled on Sunday to include Jay Z. The anonymous accuser claims the assault occurred after she was driven to an afterparty following the MTV Video Music Awards (VMA).
