The owner of Last Two Records, Da’ Hammer, has disclosed the demise of his father.
Taking to his social media handles Da’ Hammer, born government name Edward Nana Poku Osei, expressed that he was not prepared to receive the call telling him of his father’s death on Sunday, April 30.
However, he takes solace in the fact that his father lived his life well.
“Even though 30th April 2023 will forever remain one of the saddest days of my life, the memories of my childhood up until now seem to have the upper hand,” the legendary music producer typed and posted.
Admiring his late father for the role he played in his life, Hammer wrote, “Thank you for raising us right. Goodbye, Daddy. May your soul rest in perfect peace.”
The ‘Pae Mu Ka’ album producer also shared a picture of his father sandwiched by their family alongside his tweet.
