As part of an effort to give back to society, Songster Mr Eazi has actualized his promise to deliver academic assistance to meriting students at C.K. Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences (CKT-UTAS) in Navrongo in the Upper East Region.
The scholarship fund in its first year has now helped a total of 282 students, providing full and in some cases partial scholarships.
The report of Mr Eaziโs charitable grant was confirmed in a letter from Dr V. A. Ankamah-Lomotey, the Registrar at the school.
His letter communicated fondness for Mr Eaziโs commitment to facilitating higher education and improving economic mobility in the region.
Uttering the scholarship fund, Mr Eazi reaffirmed his objective of funding 1000 students through tertiary education.
The ‘Skin Tight’ hit crooner is convinced that education is the spine of provincial transformation and a strong catalyst for not only upward economic motility but social growth as well.
Mr Eaziโs assistance to CKT-UTAS has made a considerable impact on the lives of the beneficiaries, many of whom due to financial constraints cannot seek the tertiary level of education.
His generosity serves as a motivation to others to support brilliant but needy students and create opportunities for young ones.
