The powerhouse and main brain behind the 3 Music Awards scheme have publicized the suspension of this year’s edition to guarantee unprecedented greatness in 2024.
The announcement was made through a press release dated July 26, 2023. It noted that the motive behind the postponement is to secure “financial support and sponsorships”.
“The decision comes in response to the need for securing adequate financial support and sponsorship, thereby upholding the unmatched standard of excellence that has defined the 3Music Awards over the years.” the communique reads.
Thereupon, it utters on the fact that the said Ghana music awards platform is recognised by the masses and the need for them to postpone it to 2024 so that they can live up to the criterion set over the years.
“The 3Music Awards has garnered immense recognition as a premier celebration of musical talent, captivating audiences and enthusiasts alike. As a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence, we believe that rescheduling the event to 2024 will ensure that the 3Music Awards remains an unrivalled experience within the industry,” part of the statement read.
The organizers extend their appreciation and fondness to the public for understanding the decision made and pledge to come back robust in the coming year.
“The 3Media Networks team extends heartfelt gratitude for the understanding, patience, and continued support shown during this time. Together, we will overcome this temporary setback and emerge stronger, delivering an extraordinary 3Music Awards experience that celebrates the very best of our industry,” it finalized.
