As 50 Cent arrives in Denver for his โThe Final Lap Tour,โ he was joined by some knowledgeable faces.
On Sunday (July 23), the G-Unit rapper threw a pre-party ahead of his event in the city. His guests featured actors from his hit shows โBMF,โ โPower Book II: Ghost,โ โPower Book III: Raising Kanan,โ and โPower Book IV: Force.โ
On July 24, Fif took to IG and posted about the show with a message regarding his future in the entertainment industry. โThis is why this is the final lap,โ he captioned his Instagram post. โIโm gonna change the landscape of film and television. GLG. Green Light Gang in Denver!โ In another caption, the โCandy Shopโ performer suggested, โYou might want to get down with us.โ
Since his critically acclaimed TV show โPowerโ premiered on Starz in 2014, 50 has been on a tear in the TV/film world.
Not only has he built three spinoffs from his original series, but he also created a new on-screen universe surrounding the Black Mafia Family. In recent updates, the business magnate divulged he has two projects, โLady Dangerโ with Nicki Minaj as well as โVice City,โ in development. The 48-year-old Queens entertainer has also articulated interest in selling a project based on the life of sports agent Nicole Lynn.
Considering his global experience, Fif clarified to XXL Magazine on July 19 why he named his trek โThe Final Lap Tour.โ โThis tour [has] 93 dates,โ he said. โItโll be one of the biggest hip-hop tours of the year because it wonโt stop. Itโll just go through next year. By the time we [are] done, because of the groundwork that I laid touring, I literally can world tour. The other artists, when they say they [are] going on a world tour, it means theyโre going on a run, but itโs not a world tour. My music is just coming full circle now.โ
