Popular Nigerian Entertainer Disclose Christian Atsu Footed His Academic Bills

Talented Deceased Ghanaian soccer legend, Christian Atsu Tsawam, was not only notorious for his footballing prowess but also for his perpetual good deeds, has left many devastated by his tragic demise.

Among those mourning his painful exit from this world is Nigerian comedian and skit maker, Emmanuel Iwueke, also known in showbiz circles as “Craze Clown”, who disclosed that Atsu had paid his school fees until he graduated after the untimely demise of his biological father.

According to the hilarious Craze Clown, the Ghanaian winger had been supporting him since 2015 and reached out to assist after his fatherโ€™s passing.

In a tribute published via Twitter, the comedian uttered his profound gratitude for Atsuโ€™s charity and assistance, and mentioned he would deeply miss him.

โ€œWhen I lost my dad, he l reached out and offered to pay my fees till I graduated and he did. Youโ€™ve been a great friend of mine, Chris, and I will surely miss you. I really canโ€™t hold back the tears. Rest well brother.โ€

The Hatayspor FC signed player was found deceased under the rubble 12 days after the devastating earthquake that happened in Turkey on February 6.

Christian Atsu played for different European football clubs, such as Chelsea, FC Porto, Newcastle United, Everton, and Bournemouth.

He entered into contract with  Hatayaspor in September of last year, and just hours before the natural disaster that has claimed over 45,000 lives, he scored his first goal for the club on Sunday, February 5.

He intended to fly out to see his family some hours after the fixture, but canceled the flight and had a camaraderie with teammates until the worst happened that fateful dawn. However, his mortal remains is supposed to touch down Kotoka International Airport Sunday evening, February 19.
