Stonebwoy Finally ‘Births’ 5th Dimension, Fans Glee

Ghanaian ace superstar Stonebwoy has released his highly expected fifth studio album, “5th Dimension,” under the label Def Jam Recordings.

The adorable versatile artist, who is deemed a frontiersperson of the virulent mix of reggae, afrobeat, dancehall, and fusions from Africa known as “Afro-Dancehall,” has accrued over 4 million followers on Instagram and over 3 million on Facebook.

The project titled “5th Dimension” exhibits Stonebwoy’s dynamic style, lyrical dexterity, and fascinating vocals, which have made him a music freak favourite not only in his motherland Ghana but across the globe.

The 5D album is characterized by collaborations with several international artists, including Jamaica’s superstar Shaggy, Mereba, and Davido, among others, not forgetting renowned multiple-Grammy award-winning Beninese-French vocalist/performer Angelique Kidjo on 5D’s climacteric last tune, “Manodzi.”

Undoubtedly, Stonebwoy’s craft has always been an introspection of his origin, upbringing, and understanding, and the “5th Dimension” project is not an exception.

The project is an ideal manifestation of his distinctive technique, mixed sound and rhythms which has gained him several honours, comprising the BET Award for Best International Act in 2015.

The Bhim Nation President in a recent interview articulated his excitement about the release of his new project, mentioning, “I’m thrilled to share this new music with my fans. I’ve poured my heart and soul into this project, and I can’t wait for people to hear it. ‘5th Dimension’ is a celebration of life, love, and the beauty of our world. I hope it brings joy to everyone who listens to it.”

However, in an enterprise blessed with numerous artists endeavouring to build their identity, Stonebwoy is placed as one distinctive artiste with profound insight into his field of work. He recorded his first song in a family studio over ten years ago. Since then, the Ashaiman-bred talent has never been lazy but keeps putting in more work.
